Official Contest Rules “100 Days of Meshin’ Around” Magic Mesh Contest

This contest is open to any age. If under 18, guardian’s permission is needed to publish info and entries. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THIS CONTEST. Only three entries per person will be accepted. Entries must be submitted before midnight on September 8, 2007. Void where prohibited.

Scrapbook-Sensations, in cooperation with magicmesh.com, will choose four (4) prize winners based on the creativity and originality of the submissions.

1st Place – $100 of Magic Mesh merchandise 2nd Place – $50 of Magic Mesh merchandise 3rd Place – $25 of Magic Mesh merchandise Special Kids Prize (16 years old and under) – $30 of Magic Mesh merchandise

If the selected winners are unreachable, ineligible, or fail to claim the prize within seven (7) days, the winners will forfeit their prizes and alternate winners will be selected.

Magic Mesh can be combined with other materials, but should be an important part of the entry. Designs should be your original work.

Entries may be mailed to Scrapbook-Sensations. If you would like entries returned to you, return postage must be included. Entries may also be made by submitting digital photos.

Scrapbook-Sensations is not responsible for entries not received due to internet access problems, service outages or delays, postal delays, or any other technical difficulties or glitches.

All participants will be required to indicate acceptance of these Official Contest Rules and, except where prohibited by law, the winners will be required to consent to the use of their first and last names, state or province, country, and/or prize information, without limitation for promotional purposes and without further payment.

By submitting an entry, participants release our sponsors and their affiliated companies from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, and losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, or rights of publicity or privacy). EMAIL ADDRESSES SUBMITTED TO Scrapbook-Sensations.com WILL NOT BE SHARED, SOLD, OR DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW.

By submitting an entry and/or photos, participants release grant Scrapbook-Sensations.com and magicmesh.com the right to use and/or publish their ideas on our respective web sites and/or in ebook format.

Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules, which are final and binding in all respects. These Official Contest Rules constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter addressed here and may not be altered except by a written document signed both by qualified representatives of Scrapbook-Sensations.com and the entrant. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scrapbook-Sensations.com reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time. Any entrant who violates these Official Rules will be subject to disqualification.
